4.0 OHV vs. 4.0 SOHC

I don't have any experience with the OHV, so I was wondering: What are the biggest differences between the OHV and the SOHC engines. How do they compare as far as power?

160 hp, 225 tq for the OHV
205-210 hp, 240? tq for the SOHC

All numbers at the flywheel.

The OHV makes more power down low, the SOHC likes to rev.
