I just picked up a 93 4.0 today with 89,000 miles today for $80!!
I have been looking for a good deal on one for awhile now for a mild rebuild to put in the 95 X while im putting the rebuilt tranny in it. Take care of everything at once!
I have never rebuilt one of these so im gunna hafta do a lot of research.
I think im going to bore it out .030 over and maybe try to find a higher compression piston to put in it?
What is the best flowing head and where can you get them?
I know it wont be a race car but just lookin to have a fresh drive train with a little extra pep!!!
