4.0 timing chains AGAIN

My 04's 4.0 SOHC rear timing casette busted and ended up snapping the bolt that runs through the sprocket into the jackshaft off, and stuck the jackshaft in the block, is there anyway i can get this out of the motor so i can replace it? Any help is apprecitated. Thanks in advance

keep in mind that because of this new problem there could be other internal issues with the motor.

I know. It turns over fine but i'm still going to inspect everything i was just wondering if anyone had ran into this before and had a trick to get it out.
