As far as I know, neither exist. But, they'd both most likely be bad. The pullies would stress your accessories, and the headers would increase hp, but you'd never get off the line due to loss of tq.
Depends on if they're bolt on or weld on systems. I'd personally always like a welded exhaust to guard against leaks. Your best option is usually to get a local place custom do it for you. Pick the muffler, and get a custom 2.5" tailpipe.
