4.6 bank 1 misfire

I have a mercury mountaineer 4.6 3v 138k changed all the plug and coils and it runs worse all injectors are working changed the vct siloniod today #1 -48 #2 -40 #3-25 #4-25 bank 1 lean no vacuum leaks compression even across the motor what am I doing wrong

Check the vacuum line going to the rear of the intake from the brake booster. Also check both PCV tubes at both valve covers and intake.

Also make sure you have the right plugs for injectors and coils going to the right cylinders.
