I have a 1998 Ford explorer 4.0 vin E.
The car make a clunking sound when accelerating. I took the front drive shaft out for the summer and no noise at all. With winter coming I want to get it fixed. Replaced the front drive shaft and still have the same noise. I doesnt matter whether the switch is in auto, 4 high or 4 low. Any suggestions...
