I was searching tires on 4wheel parts.com and ran across an error i believe. When i searched for 33x12.5x15's i got alist of tires the list

i was interested in the cavalier mud kings (they show 129.58) so i clicked on more info. After clicking more info the price is 117.95. But when i go to add to my cart they are 129.58. I'm thinking 117 is when they dont have free shipping. and even though its "free shipping" they still charge a handling fee. I noticed my lift kit went up in price when they started the free shipping deal. so is anyone really "saving" money when they have the free shipping deal

I noticed something like that with truckaddons.com. They marked down the shocks, so I saved like $10, which made them under $200 so I would still have to pay the handling charge. The offer expired which brought the shocks price back up to $203.96, which any order of $200 doesn't have to pay the handling fee. No matter what I would only have saved like 40 cents. I waited too long to get the offer, but didn't mind the extra 40 cents.....I could still afford it.

The extra charge is most likely taxes I would think. Not for sure though. Good luck

Summit also offers free shipping too but their handling might as well be shipping, about the same amount. Not fooling me. Both still offer fair prices even when you consider the handling fee though.

What I enjoy is not having to pay the sales tax for being out of state for most places. Handling is a rip off....that's what all those places do when they offer free stuff but you have to pay shipping and handling which is actually paying for it.

yeah now they are running a special weekend deal where if you spend soo much you get a couple bucks back. the tires add up to 518 then they nocked 75 bucks off ..plus the 30 for handling i'm at 473 ...not 2 shabby
