Hi,just posted this on the other part of the forum but thought it might get some response in here.
My explorer is juddering at very low speeds when turning left or right. Feels like it comes from the front. Seems okay when driving otherwise. When warm does clunk when going from neutral to reverse or forward. No play in driveshaft.
I have been told that my 4405 transfer case is faulty and can be fixed by doing the brown wire fix.Can I repair this problem by splitting the transfer case and repairing it properly. What part of the TC is faulty ? Any ideas?
Thanks John

Well I took the left prop shaft off and the juddering and noise has gone, whats the next step,?
Cheers john:salute:
