I know this is a common topic and yes, I have used the "Search" feature but I have not found what I am looking for.

I would like to swap out my monoleafs for the 4dr leafs from an X to fix the back sag. I am heading back to school in 2 weeks and would like to get this fixed. I would like to know what year(s) I need to take them off of, or will any year work? Thanks

Yes. Anything from 91-01 would work. Have you looked at your current leaf pack to make sure they're monoleaf? I thought 01 Sports went to a multi-leaf pack.

Let's keep this all in one post, eh?

Sorry,

Here is a pic of my leafs, I am not a mechanical person and have no idea what a mono leaf looks like. I know Mono means one, and these seem to have more...

You definately don't have the mono leaf. If i were you i would do an add a leaf or shackles to reduce the sag.

So getting the same springs would be useless...

I will try the AAL. Thanks

Are "helpers" the same thing as AAL?

No helpers aren't the same thing as a AAL. Helpers i believe are used to prevent sag when hauling heavy loads. At least thats what i've only seen them used for. The AAL though should definately help you with the sag.

After reading I think I will go with the war 153 shackles...this will fix it also right?

Yes it should help. It is also however going to raise you 2 inches. I don't know what the extent of your sag is so you could end up lifting it just a little bit. If you do and want to even things out you could just do a little bit of a torsion twist in the front.

To be perfectly honest depending on the amount of sag, a set of warrior shackles may not help out enough.. You may wanna consider getting your leaf springs re-arched to achieve levelness.

As long as it lifts my rear a little bit I will be happy.

I was wondering...can I do a "Reverse" TT on the front and have it come down to the level of my back end?
