so i got an error code i belive shift solenoid c problem. i replaced the solenoid and put it back together and still wasnt working properly. so i looked online and i saw that a mercury had a problem with that code but it was the forward clutch control valve retaining clip problem. and this would make sense because when i took the solenoids out only the c solenoid popped of place when i took off the clips. my question is how to fix this problem and i cant seem to find a place to buy these clips. so if you could answer those questions it would be greatly appreciated.
