The 4R70W I just received has a F7 part number on the case and the shift lever switch has an F5 part number. The harness and PCM in my truck is from a 99. I was told the pinout is different between all of those years. Anyone have any clues on how to figure out what pin of the switch goes to what pin in the harness? And is there a potential that this F7 trans won't work with my 99 PCM, something to do with the diodes or solenoids in the trans or the multiple 12v feeds in the earlier trans?
