- 2000 Explorer sorta
I have a 2000 MY 2WD Explorer 4RW70 trans that I am fitting into a 1980 Volvo. I thought for sure I saved the old cooler line fittings but search as I will. I cannot find them.
I Google the fittings and I read where they are 6AN fitting to the case. I have fittings on the case still. They are female and looks like they have an O-ring on the inside.
I have a stick of 3/8" brake line with the fitting it came with it threads on nice. I'm worried that its going to mess my shop floor.
Do I need a special fitting for the new hard line I am making?
Or is that just to the case?
Hope that is clear. Thanks in advance!
