So I've searched and haven't found this situation, 2010 explorer v6,
So my 4x4 light will not come on and have verified that it still illuminates through gauge diagnostics. I hit 4x4 low button and the little light by the switch lights up and it goes into low, although no 4x4 light on dash, swapped switches that I've had laying around, and also 4x4 control module I've had here with exact model number. To no avail!
My next attempt is verifying the motor works in 4x4high by removing it and having someone push buttons. But using a scanner I go into the module and it shows it's switching when I push the buttons just doesn't move except low.
Any ideas if someone had the same issues.
