4X4 help

Ok in my 93 sport with auto 4wd it goes in to high fine, but when i push low it dis engauges....I dont get it??? Has this ever happened to any one else?

are you on N while pushing low?

You need to be in neutral with your foot on the brake to engage Low.

yup tried it today,.......still is all funny

Then chances are the shift motor is not working properly. You can take it out and try cleaning it yourself. Fairly simple/cheap fix. The instructions can be found on the Singleton Maintenance Site - Dead Link Removed Not uncommon problem, especially w/the older Ex's. That's why it is recommended to put it into Low at least once a month to keep everything lubed...
