1996 Explorer sport 4x4 5spd
Well I guess Murphy ’s Law says that if you really need your 4x4, it won’t work. 4wd was working when I pulled out of the driveway this morning, 10 minutes later its’ not. The light on the dash stayed on the whole time, it will switch between 2wd, 4-auto (front axle is not engaging), and in 4lo can’t tell if the front axle is engaged or not.
Any ideas?
Front axle actuator bad?
Maybe broken parts? but does not make any noises
Thanks
