4x4 light on and 4x4 low flashing

Something wierd happend this morning.
I was driving on the freeway when I suddenly felt a jerk in the truck (like I hit something in the road), the indicator light for 4x4 went on and the light for 4x4 low went flashing.
I immediatly turned off at the next exit and stopped the truck.
When pushing the buttons (4x4 and 4x4 low) the lights went off.
Just to be shure I reversed the truck 10 meters to disengage the 4x4 if it by some strange reason became activated by itself.
When driving the rest of the way everything felt normal.


WTF happend?? Anybody have a clue what could cause this?

A code has been stored in the system, you need to get it read at the dealership. That will tell you exactly whether or or a sensor, or some other component, is throwing the code.
