4x4 not working on '01 explorer

Greetings I have looked through most of the posts reguarding this problem.
However I would like to know if there is also a relay in the power distribution box that should be checked? Is there a way to reset/reboot the system?

I believe there is a relay in the box under the hood. Underside of the cover should have the location/description of the relays.

To reset the system, easiest thing to do is disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes. Resets the computer.
