greetings fellow explorers!
I am a new member who has just bought a 1991 explorer, and I'm having trouble engaging 4wd. When I start the vehicle the indicator lights come on for both low and hi, but after starting the vehicle the lights don't flash and when I push the buttons nothing happens. I don't have an owners manual, and the previous owner lost the cover for the in-cab fuse box so I don't know if there is a fuse out. Is there a relay somewhere? Any advice would be appreciated, since the Haynes manual doesn't seem to have any information.
