Got a weird one for ya! I've got a 2002 Sport 4WD. When temps are below freezing 4X4 will not switch untill truck warms up. Even if I leave it in 4X4 in the evening when I get in again in the morning I have to wait till the truck warms up to ba able to switch to 2WD. No lights will work on the dash for the T-case. I have to wait till the lights come-up for the system to work. What is wrong with the module? too cold? perhaps it was made for Florida use only? I don't see no writing of sorts anywhere...
