Ok guys Ik there is lots of stuff about the swap I'm going from a 4x4 4.0 ohv and plan to swap in a 5.0 and go awd so this is the list of parts I hav came up with I want to see if I'm missing anything before I start to buy I want to get it all at the yard at one time so throttle cable for v8 and motor trans transfer case both drive shafts Pcm maf motor mounts exhaust this is all I can think of plz list what I forgot and give me tips if you have done this I do not have to be smog legal and my explorer is a 2000

drive shafts
rad/condenser ***update, 4L SOHC rad/condenser will work***
a/c lines
power steering lines, and cooler
motor harness, and wiring from alt to battery ***update, 4L underhood body harness will mate to 5L motor harness, however, oil gauge wire, and a/c wires need to be modified to work***
throttle cable
trans shifter cable (not sure if i will need it, but hey) ***update, 5r55e cable will work***
air filter box ***update 4L SOHC box, and sensor will work***
exhaust from manifolds to muffler, but not muffler (hope i can use my flowmaster. otherwise might get some suppertrapps)
fuel pump (not sure if needed but.....) ***update, 4L SOHC pump will work***

locks including hatch lock
radio bezel
computer
cruise motor with cable
evap lines

you would be better off buying a truck the same year as yours. if your going from a 98 to a 2000 you will have problems because of the pats (unless you get the keys) and the fuel system. your fuel system it a return system, a 2000 is returnless.

im a ford tech so ill just dragg the car to the dealership and reprogram keys I don't need the evap ill tune it out along with egr and I don't need ac I never use it the ohv power steering lines wont work are they not the right bend or what is the v8 trans in them not electric? why raido bezal I alredy hgave 4x4 was just gonna go 5L awd tell I got a 4406 t case from a expaditon wont a regulator solve the return fuel system
