5.0 Parts Compatible with 4.0 OHV

After reading around the site I have come to find that a 5.0 MAF housing will work fine as an upgrade to the 4.0 OHV, but apparently the 5.0 TB will not directly swap over. Are there any other parts that can be taken as an upgrade from the 5.0 motor and used beneficially on our 4.0 OHV engines? I am planning on going to the local junkyard in a few days and would love to get a TB as well as anything else worthwhile to go with the MAF.

good question, maby the filter box from the 5.0 might work and it would match the maf upgrade

If they were meant to interchange wouldn't Ford have done it already & made money on it as a "higher performance 4.0" ?, duh, hello........
