I have a 1991 for explorer with a tired 4.0. I found a 98 ford explorer with the 5.0 liter. I already swap in a c-4 tranny years ago. My question does anyone know if you can take the explorer 5.0 put a mustang distributor, harness and computer and run it. Will the sensors and maf work together. Then i could just change the bell housing and converter, adapte the fuel line and exhaust and be off and running.
