Anyone ever hear of something like this?

Ever since my trans flush at the local Ford dealer, it seems that the trans boggs down in wot on downshift. Partial throttle downshifting is fine. This obviously never happened before prior to the flush.

I'm thinking it's an air pocket somewhere in the valve body, and Ford reinvestigated but found nothing wrong parts-wise.

I'm more apt to think it's an engine performance problem from no more information than we have.

it's definitely a slippage type of deal. The throttle is pushed down, the engine revs and prepares to shift, but then there is a bog and little movement.

This is an 2003 4.0 with a modded intake, udp, and 93 octane performance tune.

The reason I posted this is because of the trans flush. This "slippage" started as soon as I got it out of the shop. Happens in stock mode and in tune mode, and is entirely random.

Wierdest thing.................
