Anyone experience with he creaky bumper TSB?

I have been having this ongoing problem with this rubbing noise when turning. My dealer thinks it may be the creaky bumper TSB. Has anyone had any experience with this TSB? My sound is more of a rub then a creak...

Sounds like that may be your issue. Have them perform it to be sure. It's only a replacement of the bumper beam so it's not too big of a job.
