5r55e rebuilt 30k oil change cut open filter and loose band adjustment

Upon further review the filter needs to be unfolded to see debris but I still don’t think it’s that bad

The pan looks just like mine did ! Mint
The filter did its job filtered out the big chunks
Now its time to add a inline filter !
A good one!!

Do you have a thread on a good filter or a type recommended - I’ll do whatever to extend tranmission life - do you run an additional cooler ?

I’m struggling with tryin to determine if I can replace the servo cap seals

I’m all in with the in line filter - how often have you changed it ?

Every 2 years
Every time I change it I cut it open
Always normal crap in there
probably go 30k sounds good to me
