5R55E Tranny - Superior or Transgo??

Just wondering if anyone had any insight to which shift kit to use. I've been reading glaciers diary on rebuilding the valve body and wanted to know if the process would change if I went with the transgo seeing it cheaper and the kit contains the separation plate. Any ideas or answers would be appreciated. Look forward to sharing information with you all

Welcome to this forum! Each kit has different parts. You could use a combination of both kits.
