Is there any possible way to squeeze in circular 6.5's in the door (not kick panels) i haven't popped off the door yet so i don't have a clue, but i have a great deal on 'em and i was just wondering if they would fit without a serious hassle. Not that i should, but could i?

6.5" speakers will not fit without a custom made mounting plate. This is not hard to do. Get a piece of MDF and cut it into a 5"x7" rectangle. Then cut a 6.5" hole in the middle. Screw the speaker to the MDF, and the screw the MDF to the stock speaker location.

You can get adapter plates from Crutchfield, or Metra Auto Installation accessories for likek $15. They're the company that makes all those plastic dash kits and stuff too. I think Circuit City might have them, sometimes Radio Shack and big Electronics stores. If you made them though, you could make a thicker one, and it would probably allow you to get some deeper speakers if you wanted.

Last time I checked Crutchfield only sold 6x8 to 5.25" adapter plates. I've never seen a pre-fabricated 6.5" adapter plate for a 6x8/5x7 opening.

It sucks that don't carry that size I had to make custom plates I traced the spacer onto a piece of MDF and cut it out with a jig saw ,a bit of a pain in the ass with out using clamps
