What all is entailed in the 60k service. I went to the shop down the street, and they told me trans fluid, diff fluid, radiator flush, spark plugs, ignition wires oil change. I have no idea if this is correct since I do not have a manual and I dont know if there is more I need to be doing or less. I will do all the work myself I just dont know how much Needs to be done or if they are just trying to get more money out of me. My ford dealership by me wont tell me unless I do the work through them. Which I think is a load of crap. But hey thats why I have this forum. Any ino would be much appreciated.

If you want to be really picky you could do all that stuff. On the newer models they call for a tranny flush at 100k but I had mine done at 50k anyway. You can't do that yoruself. Cheap insurance.
Spark plugs are supposedly good for 100k and the 4.0 doesn't have the problem with plugs breaking off that the V8 does when they're in too long, but again, if you're going to do it yourself it's not like plugs cost a lot.
Coolant, again 100k but I do mine at 50k or three years because you still get electrolysis regardless of mileage.
Plug wires IMO are good until you have a problem.
I've changed the rear axle lube and transfer case every 30k since my Trac was new. The rear on later Explorers has a drain plug so it is easy to do yourself if you have a suction gun to fill it. Ditto the transfer case on 4x4's. T-case takes ATF, I use Mobil 1 ATF.
The only way to change the front axle lube if you have a 4x4 is to go the Valvoline Qwicky Lube and have them do it with their suction machine. Cost $49.99 last I went there. I had it done at 50k and will do it again at 100k assuming I still have it then.
At 60k I would change the air and fuel filters also.
Some say I overkill on maintenance but IMO the factory service schedule is designed to minimize cost and only get the vehicle past the maximum warranty period. After that Ford doesn't care because it's not their money.

nice. thanks for the into. That bill just went down dramatically. Especially since I am just about to clip 50 but the wife is right around 55-56 so I figured just start doing it little by little and not kill the wallet all at once.
