Guys, on my knees in desperation pulling my eyebrows out one by one!
I have the said unit in mt 98 xlt and decided that I would add a sony 6 disk changer, I bought the rigg and installed it with the adapter, since then I have had terrible whine changing in frq, as i speed up or slow down. I have replaced original RCA leads with sheided ones that cost £25! and have run the power lead on the opposite end of the car to the RCA's.
Have an inline filter to try out- is it best to wire it up to radio or butcher the powerlead to cd unit and fit it there as the radio is pure if i disconect the adapter and leads?
