I went to the junk yaar to see if i could get a DPFE sensor for cheap they wanted $30 used autozone wanted $40 with a 2 year warranty Ford wanted $105 . So i would be out $40 b/c i go with the autozone one and i thought why not see if i can fix it and if it don't work i wouldn't be out much. Went to hard wear store and this is what i got so far.

Thing you need.

STEP 4
Take the quick steal or j/b weld and put a lil on the bottom of the sensor then stick the nipple in the sensor and use more quick steel or j/b weld to make sure it will hold. Now just hook it back up and put the battery cable back on.

You mustve went to faulks on HW 80...they are a ripoff....

No it was bud alewine in Oglethorpe county but i have been to that one and will never go back. Most of the time i can get good deal just the one guy don't like me b/c i stole his GF back in high school. As long as it hold till i can get the one from autozone ill be happy i may just put the one from AZ in the glove box and see how long it will last.

It's been about a week sine my fix and i still have no CEL codes. Went to autozone showed nothing and used my friends reader to both show no codes at all. So far it is holding up well. Im safe to say i just saved me 50 bucks
