With modification, anything will fit. It just depends on how much modification it will need and what you wanna do.

What kind of system are you doing to need an 8" midbass? Alot of the times you can get just as much midbass out of a 6".

just installing some 15"s that i suspect will be to low to provide the gap in hz from the 6x8s i have now.

what 15's and what amp? i have two 15's and i'm running 6.5 inch components. I run hertz mlk 165's so they have plenty of mid bass to cover for the 15's. Just get a good set of 6.5 components and you'll be good.

X2!

Hertz makes some killer components. I'm running JL's XR650-CSi 6.5" components in my minitruck and it has great midbass.

I'm running Anarchy 6.5 in my Ranger. They go down to 45 hz. A good set of 6.5 will be easier to install than a 8 inch. Plus they will sound better than most 6x8 speakers

X 10 on that statement. The Anarchy is a fantastic mid.

I mean if i were to replace my current components i have around $170 to spend.
