900 Mile Road Trip-- What to do 1st?

me and a buddy are thinking real hard about going to Key west this summer,

2-3 days. about 5-6 hours from here, some of you know i bought a 90 civic, and last fill was 41.49 mpg city i counld have made 492 mile in the 12 gal tank,

or 45 mins. flying a warrior something at $55hr, but i am 270lbs and short, while Brian is 230lbs and tall which = 500lbs which is max. so that means we can bring nothing, and i mean nothing. or we drop some pounds , or rent a bigger more $ plane. but i do not know what the cost will be for the weekend of the plane,
plus the cost of mopeds $20 day X 3 days X two guys = $120

plus, i am cheap,where can we stay on the less pricey side. and where to go and what to do would be nice

Well, my cousin has a condo on key west, so i got to stay for free I went during spring break so everything was real pricey, hotels were going for around $325 a night. You gotta hit up Duval St. though, theres a ton of bars. I spent alot of time at Flying Monkey's Saloon. Smathers is the beach there, its not too impressive though, if I were you I would just spend the whole time drunk

any way my pilot is only 19, me 22, and he does not drink i have tried to make him too, will they let him in any bar?

and we are too fat, so we are leaning to a Cessna*sp 172 high wing four seater. b/c flying is just so much faster and coolier

yes two big guys need a four seater plane which mean we can bring 1 or 2 skinny chicks the 172 is brand new, in fact they are not here yet, but it will run about $75hr, but it comes with a stock supercharger and Garain 1,000 GPS.

i was told that there places on the water the run 60-80 a night.

on a side note August is Lobster season, huuummmmmm

Im only 19, I have a fake ID though, you HAVE to be 21 to get in anybar, even if you dont drink, they still wont let you in. Its basically a "21 and up" island. Those mopeds are a pain in the ass, people are always hitting them with cars....they are a nuciense to drivers.

well i have good news, and great news.

I am going to go to Key West!!!
Although i am not going the way i thought i was.
It turns out that i won a trip to Key West on a radio station.

More or less there are 12-15 people, winners and some DJ's.
I am going to bring my "friend" Marissa, and we are going taking what they say is a limo,but i think it will be more of a party bus.

But anyway its July 9th, 10th, & 11th

Free ride w/liquir there and back, and the hotel. we pay the rest, not a bad little deal.

Sweet make sure you hit up Duval street... and if your not 21, make sure you get a fake, b/c EVERYWHERE, whether you drink or not, you have to be 21 just to get in!!
