Maybe get one of the PHX or northwest of Phx people to check it out.. (I wonder how far Suprise is from this rig)..

A running motor with a manual case for $800 is a decent price.. But it could be made into a good wheeling vehicle easily.. Of course, I like autos for wheeling UNLESS you have a crawler box to get the gear ratio low enough for the rocks.
