Hi,
New member here. Mike's the name...please allow this to serve as an intro. I have a '91 that has served me well but always had probs with the electric shift and now it's completelly dead.
I read Brain's excellent article on rebuilding the servo motor (thank you sir) and I intend to take it off and service the contacts, etc. at least. But I can't seem to find a search function for the board; I'm looking to check the computer module and see if there is juice going to the motor.
Can anyone direct me to a thread or two that will take me from the module the whole way to the motor so I know everything else is OK before I tear into the servo itself?
Much appreciated...we're having a thaw now but it's just a matter of time before it snows, and where I live I can't be without the 4x4...feeling a little desperate now since I can't afford a mechanic. Any help?
Thanks.
