I just bought a aftermarket system of ebay but want to confirm a few things before I install it since this is the first time I've put one in. The directions I got with the kit just suck so I went to www.bulldogsecurity.com and downloaded a wiring diagram to start. All my instructions have in them is wire colors and what to conect to. Here is what I am unsure of:

1) Connect to true ignition, the system ignition input?
The chart I have from bulldog says this is a RED/L green on the ignition harness. I take this to be the harness that plugs into the ignition switch?

2) Dome light supervision output (-) 500 MA chart say's connects to Blk/L blue at the pin switch?

3) Chart has nothig about this one? I have a wire for
(-) and (+) door trigger. do both get hooked up? One to the - and one to th + wire at the pin switch?

4) Door lock/unlock wire just get connected to alarm leads?

5) I have a channel 2, a channel 3,(trunk release? and somthing else?), a secondary trigger (second shock sensor?), and a wire that is Armed output (-) 500 MA, shows low when system is armed? would like to know what that means?

Thanks

Don't know man, that's why I pay for install. BTW, bulldog is really cheap. I hope you didn'y pay alot for it.

You don't need the trunk releases. Basically it really boils down to what you want to install.

The shock sensors are good. The door trigger is good, but if your not sure what to do with the anit start thing, have someone install it for you.

I think most places will probably only charge like 100.00 bucks to install something like that. But not sure.

Good luck.

Didn't pay alot and I'm one of those do it yourself guys anyway. I have the truck completely guted right now an decided to put this in at the last min. I switched out the manual locks windows ect for power. Thought I would try to get input from someone else who's done it before. Thanks for responding!!!
