'91 front brakes

I have replaced the rotors and pads on my Ex every year for the past three years.

So, trying to fix this issue, I ordered new brakes and pads from applied rotor technology. I will install them as soon as I get them, hopefully this week, and let all of you know how they work and last.

First generation ex's brakes suck:mad:
 






I just replaced my front pads after getting more than 50k miles out of the set (the last 10k - 15k was a lot of highway though) I have 108k on the truck now, replaced the rotors at 48k, and they're still good.

Part of the problem may relate to either bad calipers or the caliper slide pins. Make sure the channels are very clean, and use the special lube for the pins. You want those calipers to float as freely as possible.
