If its like the panels on 2nd gens the entire rear panel has to come off. That's quite the pain in the ass. And I get to do it again since I forgot to hook my ground up when i had the panel off earlier.
If you mean the speaker grills then they are seperate from everything else. They are a squeeze fit. Pry it out with a flat flat screw driver from the top. The edges are kinda sharp and jagged by the way.
