I'm trying to remove the connector to, what I think is the low oil sensor on the driver side of the oil pan but I can't figure out how. I don't see anything that resembles a clip or fastening device. Some help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Anyone???

I'll cut the wire... I promise...don't test me.

:)

When i recently changed out the motor in my 91 i messed up the sensor and ended up cutting and splicing it cause i could not figure out how to remove the wire either.

thanks.

The gets cut TOday.

FYI.. I cut and left off the wires when I did my motor swap a month of so ago. It didn't cause any problems (I just don't get the low oil light).

So that's what that's for? i thought it was a temp sensor or hooked into the computer and got worried about it.That's why i cut and spliced another one in there.

oh well no biggie either way it's there but if it works or not is yet to be seen.
Since it appears that this used motor i got has not used/burned a drop of oil yet:cool:
