hey guys on my 92 xlt, on the stock intake tube after the MAS what is the rubber tube that connects to the intake tube? I need help kinda quickly about this....attempting to construct an intake tube on my own...
thanks

I think it's part of the PCV system. It would be best if it was included in your new intake.

That tube is a vacuum for the crankcase. Yeah, you're definitely going to need to include that for your new intake tube, or you can disconnect it (make sure you plug the hole in the main intake where the tube connects or you will suck in unfiltered air!) and connect a breather to the rubber intake tube (Mount it somewhere so it's not flopping around or just cut the tube much shorter)... Some claim it's good for a few HP (probably not noticable), but emissions inspectors sometimes frown upon it.
