93 xlt won t start

hey i am new here...my 93 xlt won t start anymore..I thought that the battery was the problem but that wasn't it.. Some mechanic adviced me the change the EEC power relay thing but nothing yet beside a CLICk..everything works inside ...
I was told once that the 93 like many other fords have a engine turn off switch underneath the car..and that it might be it..I looked for it but did not see anything..please help..i really need that baby towork.,..

Not sure i understand what is happening, are you saying all it does is click when you turn the key? Does the engine turn over when you turn the key? If all you hear is a click then you need to test your starter circuit. A little more info would help give you somewhere to start.

When you turn the key to the 'on' position, do you hear the fuel pump run for a second or 2? If not, check the fuel pump relay and inertia switch.
