Well, there really isn't too much more to the injector circuits. If they are all getting power, and we assume the PCM is good, all that's left are the wires going from each injector to the PCM, the PCM grounds, and the few things that the PCM uses to decide when to tell the injectors to fire. You didn't ever say if you checked those grounds or the wiring between the injectors and the PCM.
You mentioned a smashed CKP. If the computer isn't getting a smashed CKP signal, it won't turn on the fuel pump while cranking, it won't fire the spark plugs, and, I believe, it won't fire the injectors. After all, if the engine isn't turning (indicated by the CKP), there would be no sense in doing anything else to try to start the engine.
