94 Explorer help. Possible fried PCM or Cam sensor

Well, there really isn't too much more to the injector circuits. If they are all getting power, and we assume the PCM is good, all that's left are the wires going from each injector to the PCM, the PCM grounds, and the few things that the PCM uses to decide when to tell the injectors to fire. You didn't ever say if you checked those grounds or the wiring between the injectors and the PCM.

You mentioned a smashed CKP. If the computer isn't getting a smashed CKP signal, it won't turn on the fuel pump while cranking, it won't fire the spark plugs, and, I believe, it won't fire the injectors. After all, if the engine isn't turning (indicated by the CKP), there would be no sense in doing anything else to try to start the engine.

Is it safe to assume you found the issue?

I just wanted to throw my $0.02 worth in. Thought it may be helpful to let you know I have a '94 with a bad cam sensor and it runs and drives fine; I believe this is unique only to the last model of the first generation. Perhaps give you some confidence that it's not the Cam sensor. I'm getting the dreaded 214 error code which could be the cam or crank sensors, but this code for 91-93 is associated with a no run situation. It's good to have a backup ECM to test with and only use one from a '94.

Hopefully you found your problem. Good luck.
