Hello,
I am James Tucker. I have always wanted an offroad
truck, heck, even a 4x4
I live in Alaska, so having
a 4x4 for once will be real nice.
Well, recently my poor little '93 Ranger 4x2 started
eating antifreeze and instead of pumping endless
amounts of money into a truck that was only good
to get back and forth to work in, I decided to fix it
up and trade it in. So, thats what I did and now I
have a truck that has a lot more potential.
My new truck is a 1994 Explorer Sport 4x4. Its in great
shape except for the beauty marks I gave it last week
while taking it for a test drive. Nothing that I good
polishing won't take care of though.
Anyways, I am not doing any off-road mods yet. It is
financed and I am going to wait till the end of the 36
month loan before I start modifying it. Though I am
buying the parts now and doing my research. Which
would be the reason I am now on this board
I found this site by just searching on Yahoo.com for
information about my truck. I did not know there was
such a following before I got this truck, but I am glad
there is, and I am glad there is a good resource on
the internet to get help at.
I hope to be here for a very long time, asking questions
and contributing as much as I can.
Well I guess I could put up a pic, but the only ones
are the ones after I took it for a small *cough* test
drive...Before I did that to the poor truck on the 2nd
day I had it, it was sparkling clean with only rust on
the nerf bars.
Also, when I took it for that little exploration, I had a
strange problem. Maybe someone can clue me me
since I am new:

Well, gotta run, hope to be back soon!
