94 limited with check engine light

Hello,
would anyone know what would be causing my check engine light to stay one the code I keep getting is a 332 code EGR Valve not opening (EVP/PFE/DPFE) I've replaced the EGR valve, the EVR sensor and the PFE/DPFE sensor ... this is gettings spendy please help me out.

Couple of suggestions based on this thread:

1. Make sure to clear the codes by removing battery power for awhile.

2. Check all vacuum hoses in EGR system to make sure you don't have a cracked or otherwise leaking hose.
