94 Mazda B4000 installed new transmission wont go into drive but will go into reverse

do you know for sure the trans went into reverse before you installed it?

Did you flush out the front cooler with a special cooler cleaner before you installed the new transmission?

A4LD auto the transmission is from a company called Everdrive i got it though Oriellys auto parts. whats funny is the original transmission did the exact same thing?
