94 ranger 3.0 wont start when warm

I am having trouble with my 94 ranger. Trouble is intermittent. If I go for a short drive then stop it will not start, starts right up when cool but once the engine is warm it just cranks and cranks. If I wait till the engine cools back down then it starts right up again and runs like a champ. Already changed the fuel pump relay, ignition control module, and ignition wiring. Is this a fuel problem or and electrical issue?? Getting real tired

Maybe its getting to much fuel cause the computer thinks the engine is cold when its not.

I would try starting it with the gas pedal on the floor when it wont start (flood mode)
