94 sport performance questions

i have a 94 sport - only used occasionally - 50,000 miles
like to cruise on weekends [keeping suspension and tires stock]
besides cosmetic changes has 3.73. gears custom free flowing exhaust

found a nice air intake system www.ifab.net
what do you all think ?
i was figuring this intake with either a hypertech chip or superchip [ which is better ? ]

will adding these 2 items be worth my time and $$ ?
or should i also look into bigger mas and[or] throttle body

chip, intake, and exhuast is realistically all that you should do or can be done for a little more output before you start getting into more power adders that start to really get expensive.....
