I have a 95 Explorer EB with climate control & as of yesterday the blower motor keeps running even with the key off. I'm also unable to control the speed when its on & it sounds like it on the high speed.
The only way i found to stop it was to pull the 50 amp fuse from the distribution box under the hood.
I have a feeling it may be a relay problem but I have no clue where it's hiding to be able to check it.
Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?
