95 Ex acting strange, tranny?? problem??

After replacing the fuel press regulator, new plugs and the IAC. I am having shifting problems. My 95 XLT is having performance problems. It doesn't seem to have the power it once had, It will barely do 70. when it would surpass that. No CEL, Also it takes forever to shift when getting on the highway. Could it be the tranny ,O2s, Cats or ???
Any ideas on what it could be, or what to check.

Cleaning the MAF in my 95 restored the lost power.
