Wanted '95 Explorer Driver Seat Hinge Torx Bolt

I currently have a 1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer (green/green), and my bracket that holds the back of the driver side seat, to the cushion. There are two bolts, the one I need is the top one, that if removed, the seat falls down to the back seat, in the reclined position, if the bolt is in, it is erect.

Does anyone have a part number, or know where I can get one? I am trying to find one.
