Hi,
At least once a day when trying to start my Explorer it will crank but not turn over. Coincidentally, this began soon after leaving my lights on and killing my battery. I had the battery checked and its fine but my alarm has been screwy ever since. In order to start the truck I have to press unlock on the keychain or use the door keypad. Even if the doors aren't locked if I want to start the car I have to press unlock first. If my alarm accidentally goes off its definite that the truck is going to give me trouble starting it. It wants to start but doesn't. Could there be a correllation? I have an appointment at a Ford dealership Monday a.m. but because the problem is intermitant I'm worried they won't find the problem. It's become problematic (not to mention embarrassing) as it is happening more frequently. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tami
